In this episode of Realms of Curiosity, Sarah and Wendy continue their exploration of fate, free will, belief, and the nature of reality.

After informally asking friends and clients whether they believe in fate, they reflect on the many people who feel that certain major events and relationships in their lives seemed destined to happen. They also consider whether fate and personal agency can coexist, and discuss the uncomfortable transitional periods when life seems to be waiting for something new to emerge.

The conversation then expands into the relationship between belief and perception. Drawing from therapeutic work, shamanic perspectives, Hawaiian teachings, and personal experience, Sarah and Wendy explore the possibility that our beliefs—shaped by wounds, experiences, and expectations—may influence the reality we perceive.

They also discuss oversouls, soul groups, karma, past-life impressions, and the ways shared beliefs can shape both individual and collective experience.
